Based Salary:

Education Qualifications:
◾️ A Diploma or Degree in any field (Early Childhood Education preferrable).
Experience:
◾️ Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting is an advantage but not required.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
◾️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Proficiency:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Preschool Manager to join our team.
Based Salary:
◾️ RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 per month
Education Qualifications:
◾️ A Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferrable) or a related field.
Professional Experience:
◾️ Experience in Early Childhood Education: A few years of teaching or administrative experience in educational settings.
Leadership Experience:
◾️ Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, ideally within an educational or childcare setting.
Communication Skills:
◾️ Excellent verbal and written communication skill for interaction with parents and staffs.
IT Skills:
◾️ Competency with relevant software for administration and communication.
Personal Attributes:
◾️ Leadership qualities: Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
◾️ Strong problem-solving abilities through handle day-to-day challenges.
◾️ Organizational skills: Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
