The “15-Minute Leader Builder” is a daily conversation practice designed by Dragonfly The Leaders Preschool. This 15-minute exercise covers 8 key areas of child development: Attention and Focus, Behavior Management, Communication, Confidence and Independence, Emotional and Social Skills, Moral Development and Values, Problem Solving and Creativity, and Responsibility and Time Management. Through this method, Dragonfly The Leaders Preschool aims to “Build Self-Reliant Leaders” by helping children develop essential skills across all areas.
