This tale begins in 2002. Our Founder Alize, was determined to create a preschool that went beyond traditional education. She envisioned a place where children would not only learn letters and numbers but also the skills and mindset needed to navigate life with confidence.

Dragonfly is continuously expanding, with plans to extend our services across Malaysia in the future, bringing our unique approach to early childhood education to more families.
Dragonfly The Leaders Preschool was founded by Ms. Alize Chu, who serves as the CEO. The leadership team includes Eunice Chu as Chief Research Officer, Melissa Chu as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Alex See as Chief Investment Officer. Our dedicated R&D team, led by Eunice Chu, ensures that Dragonfly’s preschool and kindergarten programs remain at the forefront of early childhood education, continuously improving our approach to childcare and learning.

Our staff includes professionals with various educational backgrounds, including Masters in Early Childhood Education, Bachelors in Education, and specialized certifications in childcare. For example, our Chief Research Officer has 21 years of experience in early childhood education. This expertise ensures that our preschool and kindergarten programs are of the highest quality, providing excellent care and education for your children.
